Brushed some guys fender a few months back. Nothing too serious I thought. The deductible covered the damage. Except Metlife started treating me like a criminal driver. Pushed up the premium. The call center gave me the runaround the first two or three times I called. It was like they were doing me a big favor keeping me on their books. Finally got it sorted out when I talked to a bigger boss. But next time, I’m not telling them if I get in an accident.
